Warranty Team (30-days)

We adhere to a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with attached tags, and in the original packaging. Additionally, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiate a return by contacting us at legal@universearmor.com. Follow the instructions provided via email. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

**Damages and Issues**

Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately to facilitate a resolution.

**Additional Size Modification under Warranty:**

Size modifications for warranty purposes are subject to approval by our Warranty Team. If enlargement is required, a new product must be purchased at a special rate. Conversely, modifications for a smaller size are accepted at no additional cost, provided the product is unused and returned in its original packaging. Contact our Warranty Team for assistance at legal@universearmor.com before initiating the size modification process.

**Exceptions / Non-returnable Items**

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., Front or BackID), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items). Contact us with questions about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.

**Exchanges**

The most efficient way to secure the desired item is to return the original purchase. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

**European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period**

If shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.

**Customer provides return shipping**

Only in exceptional cases previously requested by the customer will a return label be sent. If the return is not accepted and the shipping cost is covered by the company, the user will have to assume the cost of shipping to the Resize Product warehouse. In the case of a manufacturing defect, a return label will be provided, provided that the damage is verified.

**25% restocking fee**

If the product is returned in its entirety and the return is not justified and accepted, only a maximum of 25% of the total product value will be refunded, as the product will need to be destroyed and disposed of due to quality and government tracking policies. All our products are highly qualified and tested but cannot be transferred, donated, or used for commercial purposes as they are completely customized.

**Refunds**

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method. Keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take additional time.
